for any business transaction with a business listed and a consumer.
If any questions should arise the business and the consumer are responsible
for meeting their set agreements. We will strive to give up-to-date
and accurate information. CFC can not be responsible for information
published inaccurately. Because most of the information we use
is public knowledge. We are a directory of information.
We provide a service for the Central Florida Christian community.
Any agreement between CFC and a person or business will be on an individual
basis. For a fee we do offer web hosting and development.
For a fee we do offer graphic design, printing, and publishing.
Each contract will have set guide lines and schedule of payment. It
is free to place your information on our site!!
Please do not ask businesses for a discount. Our
Brothers and Sisters in the Lord are trying to make a living in their
businesses.
Privacy Policy:
CFC will never sell your information to third party companies for unwanted
solicitation. Our databases and stored information is only for the purposes
which you have given it. Your information is never sold nor given out
to any third party companies without your prior consent.
We may at times offer newsletters or offer to send coupons
from businesses within our databases as stated when you initially gave
your information. If you no longer wish to receive emails or coupons
from us please use this link, select opt-out, to "opt-out"
of future emails from CFC. By choosing to "opt-out" your information
will be deleted from our databases and will no longer receive emails
from us. If an email you received stated that your information came
from CFC without your knowledge, please forward or copy and paste your

Good Practice Policy:
Our
clients are expected to use the Internet responsibly, with respect,
courtesy and consideration; in ways considered acceptable by responsible
Internet users, which do not harm, hurt, annoy, or offend others. Common

in the immediate revocation of your account:

a normal user), "trolling" (posting outrageous messages to
generate numerous responses), "mail bombing" (sending multiple
messages without significant new content to the same user), subscribing
someone else to a mailing list without that person's permission, cross-posting
articles to an excessive number of new groups, attempting without authorization
to enter into a secured computer system and such similar acts. Tortious
conduct of any kind, including but not limited to: defamation, posting
private information about a person without his or her prior consent,
interference with contracts, making unlawful threats, intentionally
inflicting emotional distress, deception, fraud, sexual or other harassment
and such similar acts.
Misuse
of system resources, including but not limited to: employing posts
or programs which consume excessive CPU time or storage space, permitting
use of mail services, mail forwarding capabilities, POP accounts, or
autoresponders other than for the client's own account or resale of
access to CGI scripts installed on our servers.
Offensive
and adult oriented activities, including but not limited to: conducting
any sexually oriented business over the Internet or disseminating pornographic
pictures, banners, text or other such material.
Right
To Refuse Service, We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment
for the users of our system and web site.
With
this understanding In The Sun, LLC, reserves the right to modify
and/or remove or delete and questionable material in our databases.
